   適用于制作極細同軸線，絞合線,平行線雙層/單層連續中心繞包包帶

Used in manufacturing MCC(Mini coaxial cable) & concentric single-layer/double-layer taping for parrallel wire

    產能高:高轉速,生產效率是傳統包帶機的2.5倍

    張力穩:包帶張力自動演算追蹤,從滿盤到空盤保持恒張力,不須人工調整

    包距準:觸摸屏設定重疊率,PLC控制,加減速及正常工作時包帶形成點穩定不動

    排線好:收線排位采用軸排式結構，排幅排距任意設定

Performance and features:

    Tension is steady:Automatic tension trace instrument,taping tension keep constant from start to end. Needn’t any artificial adjustment.  

    Tapping distance accurate: Setting overlap on touch screen, controlled by PLC, wrapping point is steady while it’s normal work or accelerate and decelerate. 

Good traversing:Take-up traversing adopted axis-row type structure, spacing can be set arbitrary.
